Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine and literally means “energy work”. Movement, breathing techniques and meditation are used to develop and improve the circulation of Qi (“lifeforce”) around the body. It is thought these practises help the body and mind to function at optimal levels, increase vitality and encourage self-healing. Qi Gong is becoming increasingly popular in the West and is practised by over 60 million people in China.
